At KT Training Providers we have “been there, done that” all of our team work in the Fitness Industry and have a hands on approach, we have over 38 years of combined hands on experience. The Fitness Industry has not been a hobby for us it is our Passion.
We understand that people need a flexible approach to learning, thats why our courses offer a mix of distance learning and intense course days at our centres throughout the UK, we offer full support either by telephone, e mail or skype, you will have a personal tutor who will guide you through the distance learning section of your course, then on your intense course days will be tutored by two of our experienced course providers who will ensure you have everything you need to complete your course sucessfully!
Everyone at times needs a little or a lot of motivation that is why we are on hand to make sure that work is completed to the required standard and that you feel supported and encouraged through the whole experience. Our pre-planned tuition sessions are their for your regular up dates and will help you make the most of your home study session but if you need to get in touch any other time, help is at hand! We pride ourselves on offering a complete and comprehensive support network, but if you need any extra help or support please talk to us!
Most of our courses require a section of home based learning before you can attend one of our intense training days, our courses are frequent and therefore you will always have time to complete this training before any practical work is undertaken, but how long the course takes depends on your level of commitment and your time frame.
We offer a full range of qualifications to enable progressive learning and career development. All of our qualifications have industry wide respect amongst employers and fitness professionals, they are recognised and give full entry to the Register of Excercise Professionals (REPS).
The Register of Excercise Professionals (REPS) was set up be the industry to regulate excercise and fitness instructors and trainers by recognising qualifications allowing entry to the register at different levels. It allows employers to check that any potential employee has the required qualifications for employment in the industry. All fitness professionals on the REPs register must complete more training to maintain their status on the register by gaining continued professional development (CPD) points. This ensures that their knowledge is valid and current.
